Frontend Developer
JetLend — the leading crowdlending platform in Russia — 30k+ daily active users on mobile and web. I worked across three surfaces: the consumer apps (charts, statistics, real-time transactions), an internal dashboard for sales and risk (tables, analytics, third-party integrations), and the marketing site.
Highlights:
- Cut Time-to-Interactive from 10s to 3s by re-architecting the API with proper pagination and caching, and refactoring the frontend around a virtualized list.
- Led a registration redesign that stripped the entry path to essentials and pushed heavy steps deeper into the funnel — doubling signup conversion against the historical baseline.
- Cut communication overhead and sped up delivery by bringing QA into sprint planning — catching ambiguity in stories before they reached development.
Junior Frontend Developer
Leads For Finance — a Barcelona-based lead-generation platform for banks and microfinance organizations across Spanish-speaking markets. The main product: a web application centred on a backend-configurable multi-step form — every field, validation rule, and user path defined server-side.
